This session is for people who don’t have specific issues to work on or goals to achieve (with hypnosis), but simply looking to relax their body and mind, and find peace and calmness in life.
Guided Mindful Meditation
Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity, and promote happiness. However, trying to meditate on your own can be intimidating because finding peace and calm in the chaos of life is a real challenge especially when you are trying to balance work, social obligations, family, and a personal life. You sit or lie down and practice meditation, and your mind is constantly preoccupied with thoughts like “Am I doing this right?” or “Why am I still thinking so much?” you might feel like meditation is increasing your stress! That’s where guided meditations can be so useful: they gently introduce you to the stress relieving practice.
Guided meditation is when you are guided, by a narrator or a real-live practitioner, to relax your body and mind, to help you reach a deep meditative state before going on a journey, in your mind, to reach a stress-free peaceful world of your own. As the brain does not distinguish between an imagined event and a real one, the experience you have with a guided meditation is just like having a real experience. This will have an amazing effect on your life, to keep your energy so calm and peaceful, so it becomes easier to balance yourself between work, social obligations, family, and a personal life.
